Services fees (all fees inc vat)


Letting Only Service: 90% of one month’s rent (subject to a Minimum Fee of £540) eg 75% of the first months rent + VAT
'If the monthly rent was £750, the fee would be £675 inclusive of VAT'

Letting and Rent Collection: 9.6% of rent due per calendar month (8% + VAT)
'If the monthly rent was £750, the fee would be £72 inclusive of VAT'

Letting and Management: 12% of rent due per calendar month (10% +VAT)
'If the monthly rent was £750, the fee would be £90 inclusive of VAT'

Chargeable at the commencement of each new tenancy (for Rent Collection and Management services)
