Services fees (all fees inc vat)

Letting Only Service: 90% of one month’s rent (subject to a Minimum Fee of £540) eg 75% of the first months rent + VAT
'If the monthly rent was £750, the fee would be £675 inclusive of VAT'

Letting and Rent Collection: : 9.6% of rent due per calendar month (8% + VAT)
'If the monthly rent was £750, the fee would be £72 inclusive of VAT'

Letting and Management: 12% of rent due per calendar month (10% +VAT)
'If the monthly rent was £750, the fee would be £90 inclusive of VAT'

Set up & Marketing fees (inc vat)

Chargeable at the commencement of each new tenancy (for Rent Collection and Management services)

Up to two bedrooms: Unfurnished £240 Furnished £300
Three bedrooms or more: Unfurnished £300 Furnished £420

Additional Fees where applicable:

Tenancy Deposit Scheme (Note: this fee is included in the Letting and Full Management Contract): £45
End of tenancy Inventory Check and Report (Note: this fee is included in the Letting and Full Management Contract): £350
Tenancy Renewal: £60
Issuing Notice of Seeking Possession: £75 per notice
Administration of NRL tax returns: £30 per annum
Redirection of Mail Overseas: cost of postage
Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): £96
Third Party Tenancy Deposit Dispute Resolution: £75
Additional Services: £60 per hour or part thereof
